This is the second step, after the posting of a structure as unfit that initiates the demolition process. City staff recommends approval. 337 N. 20th-NSI#200800618. This case was started on February 14, 2008. Devin Mabon is named as the owner in the case. This house is standing open and abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration all around. The eaves are rotted and falling off and the front porch is near collapse. There is severe structural deterioration. The utilities were terminated and meters locked in December of 2004. 1968 N. 34th-NSI#200603277. This case was started on November 16, 2006. Duane Tipsword and Travis Clark are named as owners in the case. Attempts to resolve with a regular housing case were unsuccessful. Utilities were terminated and meters removed in January of 2007. The house is in a severe state of deterioration all around and all items of value are being stripped by unknown persons. This house is the subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. 840 N. Church-NSI#200800321. This case was started on January 16, 2008. Nadine Little Moore is named as the owner in the case. This house has been partially boarded and abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration all around. The utilities were terminated and meters removed in November of 2006. The stairs are rotted and collapsing and there is structural deterioration. 1444 E. Condit-NSI#200800784. This case was started on February 29,2008. Lloyd E. Hunter is named as the owner in the case. The utilities were terminated and meters removed in July of 2001. The house is standing open and abandoned and all items of value are being stripped. Doors have been kicked in and windows broken out. The house and garage are being filled with garbage and debris from unknown sources. 1124 W. Cottage Hill-NSI#Z00800209. This case was started on January 10, 2008. Kay and Bernice Grimes are named as the owners in the case. The utilities were terminated and meters removed in June of 2000. The house is partially boarded and abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration all around. Items of value have been stripped from the house and there are open holes in the roof causing e�ensive interior deterioration.
