. � <br /> . <br /> Macon County Board Resolution ' ' <br /> Resolution No. G-3156-3-08 ' <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT TO JURY PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation("City") and the <br /> County of Macon, unit of local government ("County")entered into an Agreement ' <br /> ("Agreement") dated October 30, 1995 for jury pazking and amendments thereto dated February �� <br /> 18, 2002 and December 19, 2005; and � <br /> WHEREAS,the County has increased jury service from 24 weeks to 30 weeks effective <br /> January 1, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City and County agree that monthly payments should be increased to <br /> $750.00 per month because of the increase to 30 weeks for jury parking. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City and County agree as follows: <br /> 1. Commencing with January 1, 2008 the monthly payment specified by paragraph 3 <br /> of the Agreement shall be$750.00. <br /> 2.
