Main <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Don Roderick, <br /> Inc. to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at 1055 E. <br /> Main. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The unknown heirs, legatees, and <br /> devisees of the Estate of Esther L. Cash are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $8700 from the Demolition Fund. <br />
