� s�✓ � <br /> � <br /> 20.2 In addition to the specific rights of inspection otherwise provided for in this <br /> Agreement, the City shall also have the right to make such inspections at reasonable times and <br /> places as it shall find necessary to insure compliance with the terms, provisions and conditions of <br /> this Agreement and other relevant provisions of law. <br /> 21. Amendment of this Agreement. <br /> 21.1 In addition to such amendments and modifications as may be provided for by <br /> applicable law, subsequent to the Effective Date, it is the intent of the Parties that this Agreement <br /> may be amended by mutual agreement from time to time in accordance with this Section 21 to <br /> allow Comcast to implement new services and developments, or to allow the City or Comcast to <br /> agree to any terms allowed by law, and each Party agrees to bargain in good faith with the other <br /> Party upon the initiation of any such proposed amendments. <br /> 21.2 If either Party determines that a change is recommended and consistent with the <br /> terms of this Agreement, and is economically feasible as determined following a joint evaluation <br /> of Comcast's financial condition, the length of the term remaining, economic waste, if any, that <br /> would occur should the terms be changed, and the profitability of the services provided in the I <br /> City, the Parties will in good faith, review and negotiate the terms of the change and any <br /> amendment to this Agreement. Based on this review, and upon adoption of such a change or new <br /> requirement through a mutually acceptable amendment, the change will become effective. <br /> 22. Modification. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written <br /> instrument executed by both Parties. <br /> 23. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the City <br /> and Comcast with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior or <br /> contemporaneous discussions, agreements, and/or representations of or between the City and <br /> Comcast regarding the subject matter hereof. <br /> 24. Waiver. Failure on the part of either Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement <br /> shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to compel enforcement of such provision or any <br /> other provision. <br /> 25. Notices. Any notice to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be <br /> delivered to either personally, by facsimile or by certified ar registered mail with postage prepaid <br /> and return receipt requested, addressed as follows: <br /> If to the City: <br /> City of Decatur <br /> One Gary K.
