Cro ssistant City Manage� <br /> SUBJECT: Near West Rehabilitation Program Amendment <br /> The TIF Advisory Committee metto determine if properties purchased under a Land Sales <br /> Contract would be allowed rehabilitation assistance under the Near West Rehabilitation Program. <br /> The committee decided unanimously to allow these properties rehabilitation assistance. The <br /> committee also unanimously agreed that an irrevocable performance bond could be used in lieu <br /> of a forgivable loan to secure long-term investment in the property. <br /> Council members should contact Jeanelle Keck at 424-2725 or by e-mail at <br /> jskeck@decaturnet.org if they have any questions. <br /> CC: TIF Advisory Committee Members <br />
