This is the second step, after the posting of a structure <br /> as unf'it that initiates the demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 236 E. Center-NSI#200703090. This case was started 10-1-07. Carlos Ra.mirez is <br /> named as the owner in the case. This house been the subject of fire twice in the recent <br /> past and has been severely damaged inside and out by the fire. The exterior was just <br /> recently secured but no repairs or plan for repairs has occurred. This property has been <br /> the subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. <br /> 1239 N. Church-NSI#200702895. This case was started 9-18-07. The Macon County <br /> Trustee is named as the owner in the case. The house is in a severe state of deterioration <br /> throughout and is standing open and abandoned. The interior is strewn with gazbage and <br /> debris and the neighbors complain of unknown persons entering for unknown reasons. <br /> The utilities were terminated in December of 2006. <br /> 846 E. Decatur-NSI#200600722. This case was started 2-28-06 at the request of the <br /> Decatur Police Department during a drug raid. James Cook is named as the owner in the <br /> case. The house is standing open and abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration <br /> all around. The utilities were ternunated in March of 2006. The neighbors complain of � <br /> constant illegal activities occurring here daily. <br /> 244 E. Division-NSI#200702017. This case was started 7-2-07. Herman Guy, an out of <br /> state investor, is named as the owner in the case. The house is standing open and � <br /> abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration all around. The doors have been <br /> kicked in and windows broken out. Items of value have been stripped from the structure <br /> and the siding is being removed by unknown persons. <br />
