The <br /> amendment is for a fee of$51,000 with a total project cost of$119,500. <br /> It is planned that the demolition contract will be advertised in January, 2008, and brought to <br /> Council for approval in February. Demolition work should begin in February, 2008, and be <br /> completed in April.
