OTHER FUNDING ALLOCATIONS , <br /> The Municipality has previously reimbursed the Owner/Developer $ from <br /> the Community Development Block Grant Fund for fa�ade renovations. The developer <br /> has rescinded participation in the CDBG Faqade Program. The TIF Administrator shall <br /> transfer funds from the Olde Towne TIF Fund to the CDBG Fund to reimburse for <br /> eligible project costs approved and incurred. Upon transfer, the amounts then due shall <br /> become a liability against the Owner/Developer's right to reimbursement under this <br /> agreement and Developer shall reimburse the TIF Fund in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section C. <br /> G. FA�ADE EASEMENT <br /> The Municipality shall retain a fa�ade easement constituting the Prairie Avenue fa�ade, <br /> the Merchant Street farade and the Main Street faqade in accordance with the terms of <br /> the approved faqade agreement. <br /> H. PARKING PERMIT <br /> The Municipality shall make available, at no cost to the developer, up to four(4) Class <br /> "B" Downtown Parking Permits, two (2) per residential unit, for a period not to exceed <br /> one (1)year from the date of issuarice of a Certificate of Occupancy for each residential <br /> unit. <br />
