Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be construed by the laws of <br /> the State of Illinois and venue for any cause of action that may accrue pursuant <br /> to this Agreement shall be the Circuit Court of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 16. Condition of Premises. Buyer acknowledges Buyer has <br /> inspected the improvements thereon and is acquainted with the condition thereof. <br /> Buyer accepts the same in AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION, with no <br /> representations or warranties, either written or implied. BUYER WARRANTS THAT BUYER IS PURCHASING THE <br /> PROPERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON ON AN AS IS, WHERE IS <br /> BASIS.
