RESOLUTION NO. R2007-206 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION <br /> OF GRANT APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS WITH PUBLIC SAFETY AGENCIES <br /> - PUBLIC SAFETY INTEROPERABLE COMNTUNICATIONS GRANT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the City Council of the City of Decatur hereby approves the grant <br /> application request presented to the Council herewith for a Public Safety Inte�roperable <br /> Communications Grant and participation in the Central Illinois Regional Emergency Network <br /> consortium project and, furthermore, that the City of Decatur agrees to meet the required 20% <br /> statutory match as outlined in said grant requirements. ��� <br /> Section 2.
