R2007-198 , <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING �! <br /> EXTENSION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> AND RENEWAL OF EXCESS INSURANCE '�, <br /> i <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I <br /> Section 1. That the agreement for a 60 day extension of the Benefit Plan Administrative II <br /> Agreement between the City of Decatur and Consociate Dansig, Incorporated, for the Group I <br /> Health Self-Insurance Program expiring on October 31, 2007, presented to the City Council I <br /> herewith be, and the same is hereby, approved. 'I <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and I�� <br /> directed to sign the agreement for a 60 day extension of the Administrative Services Agreement <br /> with Consociate-Dansig, as stipulated in Section 1, for the period November 1, 2007, through <br /> December 31, 2007, on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3. That the application for Stop Loss insurance coverage with Transamerica <br /> Insurance Company for the period November 1, 2007, through October 31, 2008, presented to <br /> the City Council herewith, be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 4.
