RESOLUTION NO. R2007-197 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> EMPLOYEE GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the group term life insurance program for the City of Decatur proposed <br /> by Behnke and Company for the period November 1, 2007, through October 31, 2010, presented <br /> to the City Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
