The Design work is being funded out of the Olde Towne TIF Capital <br /> Project Fund. The supplemental agreement with BWC is for a fee not to exceed $26,183.37 <br /> bringing the total design contract to $216,183.37, of which 80% ($172,946.70)will be <br /> reimbursed by IDOT.
