That the Annexation Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Primrose Management, L.L.C. regarding the annexation of property legally described <br /> below and in said Annexation Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> The East 500 feet of the East 25 acres of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) <br /> of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Two (2) East of <br /> the 3`d P.M., Macon County, Illinois. A portion of PIN #07-07-28-200-002. <br /> Section 2. That the Nlayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
