This is the secand step, after the posting of a structure <br /> as un�t that initiates the demolition process. City staffrecommends approval. <br /> 1241 E. Cantrell-NSI#200701566. This case was started on 5-31-07. Frank Cerny and <br /> Vickie Dippel are named as the owners in the case. The house is standing open and <br /> abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration all around. The utilities were <br /> terminated and the meters removed 4-5-06. Neighbors complain ofunknown persons <br /> entering the house at night. <br /> 1004 W. Ceno Gordo-NSI#2006026$4. This case was started on 9-20-06.
