The agreement is scheduled for final action at the October 15, 2007 City <br /> Council meeting. The Annexation Agreement was previously approved at the September 4, 2007 CiTy <br /> Council meeting. <br /> BACKGROUND: The public hearing must be held again because the Hickory Point Fire Protection <br /> District was not notified of the Annexation. The t�ing district maps in the Department of Engineering <br /> & Infrastructure incorrectly showed the property disconnected from the Hickory Point Fire District. <br /> The public notices to the t�ing districts for the property have been resent. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: N/A <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Greg Crowe at 424-2727 or at <br /> ccrowe ,decaturnet.org. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: N/A <br />
