The owner of the property is Donald <br /> Wayne Buchanan, Sr. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Director of Economic and Urban Development, 424- <br /> 2727. Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have aUout this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5608 from the Community Development Block Grant <br />
