R2007-154 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> NICKEY AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 07-14 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 07-14,Nickey Avenue <br /> Storm Drainage Improvements, and presented herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Barr & Robison Sewer & Excavating Company, Inc., be <br /> accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Barr & Robison <br /> Sewer& Excavating Company, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$417,783.00. <br /> Section 4.
