RESOLUTION NO. R2007-150 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUB RECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> COALITION OF NEIGHBORHOOD ORGANIZATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Sub recipient Agreements between the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> and the Coalition of Neighborhood Organization (CONO) for administration of Neighborhood <br /> Activities and the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) program be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor, Assistant Director of Economic and Urban Development, <br /> and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Agreements on behalf of the City for neighborhood activities for an amount not to exceed <br /> $6,360.00 and for the CPTED program for an amount not to exceed $17,789.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2007. <br /> �- <br /> G�� ��%c�i��� <br /> Paul Osborne, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> ----- n � <br /> II <br /> Celeste F.
