Leafland. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The owner of the property is Earl Gray <br /> III. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Director of Economic and Urban Development, 424- <br /> 2727. Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5300 from the demolition fund. <br />
