We understand that the <br /> 281/367-3511 tanks included in this project are the 7.5 million gallon Water Treat- <br /> � ment Plant Reservoir,the 5.0 million gallon William Street Reservoir, <br /> Richmond, Virginia and the Water Treatment Plant Clear Well under the filters. All of the <br /> 804/897-7176 ; structures are concrete. <br /> � <br /> � Tank Industry Consultants is a consulting engineering firm specializing <br /> in tank evaluation,project representation, and specification and design <br /> of water storage tanks. In fact,TIC has been involved in the mainte- <br /> nance of over 7,500 water tanks! <br /> TIC has assembled a staff that brings engineering,management, and <br /> i administrative experience from the contractors', engineers', and owners' <br /> points of view. Our management and support staff includes individuals <br /> who have had many years of experience with large tank fabricators. <br /> Many of our field technicians were paint and erection crew foremen, <br /> and many are NACE Certified Coatings Inspectors. In all, the staff of <br /> TIC has over 750 years experience in the storage tank industry. This <br /> expertise is available to give independent opinion concerning the con- <br /> � dition of tanks,prepare detailed technical specifications, and assess the <br /> ' quality of the recommended work. <br /> Evaluation: TIC's tank evaluation will consist of a careful study <br /> of the tanks' interiors, accessories, and visible portions of the exterior <br /> walls and foundations.
