� �. RESOLUTION NO. R2007-136 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF TAXICAB LICENSE AOK TNI TAXI WHEREAS, AOK TNI Taxi has submitted an application for a license to operate taxicabs in the City of Decatur; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 60 of the City Code, the City Council appointed Steve Garman, or his designee, as the hearing officer to conduct a public hearing to determine whether said license should be granted to AOK TNI Taxi; and, WHEREAS, upon proper notice, said hearing was held on July 31, 2007; and, WHEREAS, Steve Garman has submitted his report to this Council, said reported captioned Financial Management Department Memorandum #2007-54 and dated August 1, 2007, and has recommended that said license be issued to AOK T`NI Taxi. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: � Section 1. That the re ort and recommendation of Steve Garman re ardin the a lication P , g g PP of AOK TNI Taxi for a taxicab license from the City of Decatur, be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. Section 2. That the findings of Steve Garman, as contained in said report, be, and the same are hereby, approved and accepted, and are hereby adopted by this Council as if fully set out herein. Section 3. That the application of AOK TNI Taxi for a City of Decatur taxicab license be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the issuance of said license by the Financial Management Department is hereby authorized, subject to full compliance by AOK TNI Taxi with all of the requirements of said Chapter 60.
