R2007-120 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF <br /> JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION GRANT APPLICATION AND <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> - BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the grant application presented to the Council herewith for the 2007 I <br /> .lustice Administration Grant (JAG) through the Bureau of Justice Assistance for a grant <br /> application regarding enforcement resources on criminal offenders committing disproportionate � <br /> amount of crime, purchase of additional defensive weapons for police patrol officers, and '� <br /> purchase of three new bicycles and equipment for the police bike patrol be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the City Council between <br /> the City of Decatur and the County of Macon regarding disbursement of JAG grant funds be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 3.
