The City of Decatur will conduct the dredging operations in a manner that will i <br /> minimize the likelihood that a fish kill will occur in the ditch. If for some <br /> unforeseen reason a kill does occur, the City will promptly respond in a positive i <br /> manner to correct the effects of the kill when noti�ed by the owner.
