II.LINOIS <br /> SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br /> 1. The owners will allow the City and their contractors to have access to the creek <br /> through their driveway and yard. The City and their contractors will notify the <br /> owner prior to the use of construction equipment across the driveway or access <br /> across the yard. If ruts are created, the City or their contractor shall be required to <br /> �11 in the ruts and reseed the area. The grass reseeding mix shall be one <br /> appropriate for yards rather than highways. <br /> 2. The permanent slope protection and the alignment shall be as shown on sheet 19 <br /> of the construction drawings as finally approved for construction. <br /> 3. Any trees that die as a result of construction operations shall be removed and <br /> replaced by the City. The replacement trees shall be of similar size and species if <br /> possible, or if that is not reasonable, the homeowner shall be consulted prior to the <br /> tree replacement. <br /> � 4. The existing garage and workshop is shown on sheet 19 as partially within the <br /> Temporary Easement area. That part of the easement shall not be used by the <br /> City or its contractor, to eliminate possible damage to the building. <br /> 5.
