Cleveland <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Anderson <br /> Backhoe to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at <br /> 1030 E. Cleveland. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The owners of the property are Charles <br /> E. Smith and Denise L. Smith. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Director of Economic and Urban Development, 424- <br /> 2727. Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5950.00 from the Demolition Fund. <br />
