The rates will then be in effect for all public works <br /> projects for that city for the next twelve (12) months. The State of lllinois will make that <br /> determination, and the City may then adopt its findings, �-hich Decatur has traditionally done. <br /> "I'l1e accompanying resolution adopts the State's findings on this matter, and Staff recomrnends <br /> approval of this annual item. <br />
