These lots are located at various addresses throughout the City. <br />� The lots are owned by the Macon Country Trustees, but are maintained by the City of Decatur. <br /> A condition of the bid was that the successful vendor must dispose of all landscape debris from <br /> this project in a legal and proper manner or in a landscape waste facility. <br /> The low bidder has also provided the City with proof of insurance and named the City of Decatur <br /> as additional insured for this project. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Forestry Division requested the removals and wrote the <br /> specifications. . <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Rick Marley, Director of Engineering and Infrastructure, 424-2747. <br /> Randy Callison, City Forester, 875-4820. Rick will be at the council meeting to answer any <br /> questions City Council has about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $12,979.50 from the General Fund, with FEMA reimbursement of 75%. <br />
