The Grantee will provide a copry of the audit to the <br /> DeParlment• The Grantee witl maintain complete records of ali services, receipts, <br /> and disbursements relative to this grant agfeemen#, 2ns�f�r as �ese records support <br /> ths audit. <br /> 3•2 In addition to other requirements within ihe grant agreez�e��, �E Grantee slaal] <br /> maantain for a minimrun of 3 years after the completion of this gran# agreement, <br /> adequate books, records,and sapporting do�u�ents to verify the amounts,recipients, <br /> and ttses of al! dis6ursements of funds passing in conjunction wi#h this grarat <br /> agreement; the Grantee agrees that the grant agreement atid alt books, records, and <br /> �PP��S dacwnents related to the gaz�t shall be available for review and audit by <br /> the Department or the Auditor General; and the Grante:e agrees to cooperate �'uily <br /> with any audit conducted by the Deparnnent or the Auditor Generat and to provide <br /> futl access ta afI relevant materials.
