'�s case was started on 9-12-�6. �'dward <br /> Doyle is named as tl�e owner in�he case. This house is standing open and aba�ndoned <br /> with the windows brok+ea�out atid the doors kicked in. The utilities were tezminat�d at�d <br /> the meters removed in May of 2A03. �ire has caused eutensive damage to the�nterior. <br /> 1163 N. College-NST#��0345�. T�is�ase was started on i2-7-07_ Herdnan M. Guy is <br /> named as the owner in the case. T�e house is standing open and abandone+d and in a <br /> severe state of deter�or�tion. 'Th�utilities were te�minated and the meters locke+�t�ff in <br /> December of 2005. Neighbors c�mplain of unknown persons entering at ail hours and <br /> suspect illegal activity�. This case was starte�on 9-i5-Ob at t�e requ�st of�e <br /> fire departmern. Jack G_ and Granville Smiih are named as the owners in the case. 'I'he <br /> utilities were teiminated and the meters lc�cked off in August of 2001_ The�use is i�a <br /> severe state of deterioration and strewn with garbage and debris throughout. 'I'he utilities were terminated and the meters removed in <br /> June of 2004. The house is standing open a�d abandoned and in a severe state of <br />� deterioration all around. The neighbors compiain of unknown adults and chiidren <br /> entering at vario�s times_ T�ais house is in close proximity to an elementary sch��aiad a <br /> pre-school facility. <br />
