R2007-48 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR RESTORATION OF STRFETS AND HIGHWAYS <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY LTNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is <br /> 13ereby appropriated the sum of $2,000,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of <br /> reconstructing streets and highways under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway <br /> Code. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as <br /> listed and described as part of the City's Street Restoration Project, are eligible for Motor Fuel <br /> ��,a� funds during the peric�d as specified above and shall be designated as Section 07-00708-00- <br /> I�P. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall; as soon as practicable after the <br /> close of the period as given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on fc�rms <br /> +ur�nished by said Department, a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances ,, <br /> remaining in the account(s) for this period; and II <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Effingham, � <br /> Illinois. <br /> PRESEN'TED AND ADOPTF,D this 2"d day of April, 2007. <br /> C����=��o�--` <br /> PAU1.
