Cantrell <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Don <br /> Roderick, Inc. to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the <br /> property at 1054 E. Cantrell. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The owners of the property are <br /> U.S.A.A., L.P. and Todd Eilts. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition <br /> be done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Acting Director of EUD, 424-2725. Dave <br /> Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be <br /> at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $14,900 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
