College. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The owners of the property are <br /> James Scharnett, Jr., April Scharnett, and Fredrick GobeL <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition <br /> be done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Acting Director of EUD, 424-2725. Dave <br /> Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be <br /> at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $6656 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
