This is the second step, after the posting of unfit <br /> structures,that initiates the demolition process. City staff recommends approval. <br /> 954 W. Center-NSI#200502774. This case was started on 3-20-06. Michael <br /> Cunningham is named as the owner in the case. The utilities were t�rmina.ted on <br /> November 15, 2005, and the house is open and abandoned. There was severe damage <br /> from a fire tha.t caused extensive damage to the interior. The owner is incarcerated in <br /> prison and is expected to remain so for an e�rtended period of time, so no repairs are <br /> forthcomin�. <br /> 1021 W. Ceno Gordo-NSI#200602950. This case was started on 6-29-06. Vickie <br /> Leonard, whereabouts unknown, is named as the owner in the case. Changes in <br /> ownership have made getting the case resolved almost impossible. The house is in a <br /> severe state of deterioration inside and out and abandoned. The house has been the <br /> subject of numerous neighborhood complaints due to deteriorated condition and lack of <br /> any attention from past and cunent owners. <br /> 1310 N. Church-NSI#200603161. This case was started on 11-7-06. Patsy Huggins is <br /> named as the owner in the case. The utilities were terminated and meters removed in <br /> July of 2006. The house is standing open and abandoned and in a severe state of <br /> deterioration inside and out. Neighbors complain of unknown persons entering the <br /> property at night for unknown reasons. <br /> 2757 N. Church-NSI#200603021. This case was started on 10-30-06. Kayla Krause, <br /> whereabouts unknown, is named as the owner in the case. The house has sustained <br /> � extensive fire damage and is in a severe state of deterioration throughout. The house is <br /> also standing open and abandoned and has been the subject of numerous neighborhood <br /> complaints. The utilities were terminated and the meters removed in October of 2006. <br />
