441 W. Waggoner-NSI#200603312. This case was started on 11-16-06. William and <br /> Jasephine Coley are named as the owners in the case. The utilities were terminated and <br /> the meters removed in October of 2001. The house is standing open and abandoned and <br /> in a severe state of deterioration all around. The doors have been kicked in and the <br /> windows broken out. This house has been the subject of neighborhood complaints. <br /> 705 W. Waggoner-NSI#200602731. This case was started on 10-2-06. Kenneth and <br /> Thnomas Odell are named as the owners in the case. The utilities were terminated and <br /> the meters removed in August of 2006. The house is standing open and abandoned and is <br /> in a severe state of deterioration all around. Neighbors complain of unknown persons <br /> entering the house at night and children going inside during the day. <br /> 1820 E. William-NSI#200601697. This case was started on 6-5-06.
