Archway assumes full responsibility for any property damages or injuries which may occur to Archway, its agents, contractors, employees, patrans, customers or guests in, resulting from or arising vut of Archway's use of #he Premises. Archway does hereby fully and fiorever on its own behalf release and discharge the City and the City's afficers, employees or agents, in both individual and official capacitiss, from any and all c(aims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether fihe same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, whether due to negligence or otherwise, r�sulting from or arising out of Archway's use of the Premises. 7. Indemnification. To the extent provided by law, Archway shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, and its officers, employees or agents in bo#h individuaf and official capacities from afl claims for bodily injury or death resulting from or arising out of Archway's use of the Premises, and from all costs, demands, suits, losses, attomay fees, and liabilities incurred in or about any such claim for bodily injury or death, or any actian or proceeding brought herein. 8. Insuranee Requirements. Archway shall obtain, at its expensE, and keep in force during fihe term of fihis Lease, comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 single limit, $2,000,000 aggregate, for bodify injury, death and pr�perty damage to any one person and subject to the same limitatians for any one occurrence. The comprehensive general liability policy shall iRclude coverages for premises and operations, a blanket contractual liability coverage which includes the indemnification agreement contained in the next preceding paragraph, broad form property damage, independent contractors and personal injury
