City staff recommends approval. <br /> 1958 N. 28�`-NSI#200600913. This case started 3-23-06. Vickie Hagaman is named as <br /> the owner in the case. The utilities were terminated August 6, 2004. The house is <br /> standing open and abandoned and the garage has fallen over against the house. There is a <br /> severe state of deterioration all araund and the neighbors have complained numerous <br /> times about the condition of the property. <br /> 1122 N. Church-NSI#200400951. This case started 3-19-04. Odell Pender is named as <br /> the owner in the case. The house has been posted unfit for human habitation since the <br /> beginning of this case, which was initiated during a drug raid on the premises. Attempts <br /> to resolve the matter through housing court were unsuccessful. The owner and unknown <br /> others continue to occupy the house. Numerous roof leaks have caused e�rtensive damage <br /> throughout the interior and the interior is strewn with garbage and debris. <br /> 1490 N. College-NSI#200600779. This case was started 3-9-06. Lashone Lusk is <br /> named as the owner in the case. The utilities were terminated on September 15, 2005. <br /> The house is standing open and abandoned and is in a severe state of deterioration a11 <br /> around. The neighbors have complained of both children and unknown adults entering <br /> the house at night. <br /> 635 W. Decatur-NSI#200602264. This case was started 8-14-06. Steven Bailey is <br /> named as the owner in the case. The utilities were terminated on March 16, 2004, and the <br /> meters ha.ve been removed. The house is standing open and abandoned and roof leaks <br /> ha.ve caused considerable damage to the interior. The interior is strewn with garbage and <br /> debris and small animal carcasses. This house ha.s been the subject of neighborhood <br /> complaints. <br />
