RESOLUTION NO. R2006-180 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER <br /> TO CONDUCT ELECTRIC RATES PROCUREMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY 1'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Decatur does hereby authorize Steve <br /> Garman, City Manager, to act on behalf of the City of Decatur to conduct a electricity <br /> procurement in accordance with City of Decatur purchasing regulations and to execute a <br /> contract for electricity supply- services with the selected supplier prior to the close of the <br /> market the day price proposals are received.
