R2006-177 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUNDING AGREEMENT <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> FY 2004 HOME PROGRAM FUNDING REALLOCATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation regarding HOME Grant for <br /> Permanent Housing for Chronically Homeless Program funding for property located at 788 East <br /> Clay Street be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. Subject to the approval of the United States Department of Housing and <br /> Urban De��elopment, that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest Agreement in substantially the form presented to Council <br /> herewith, on behalf of the City; provided that, the cost to the City regarding Neighborhood <br /> Housing Development Corporation Chronically Homeless Project shall not exceed $209,400.00. <br /> Section 3.
