(a) General Aggregate Limit <br /> $2,000,000 <br /> (b) Products-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit <br /> $2,000,000 (c) Each Occurrence Limit <br /> $1,000,000 <br /> (2) The property damage coverage shall include a Broad Form Pro e <br />, Damage Endorsement. <br /> (3) Contractual Liabilitv coverage shall be included. <br /> (4) Products Liability and/or Completed Operations coverage shall be <br /> included. <br /> (5) Personal Injury Liabilitv coverage shall be included. <br /> (3) Automobile Liability Insurance <br /> The Consultant shall take out and maintain during the life of this contract <br /> such Automobile Liability Insurance as shall protect him against claims <br /> for damages resulting from (a) bodily injury, including wrongful death, <br /> and (b) property damage which may arise from the operations of any <br /> owned, hired, or non-owned automobiles used by or for him in any <br /> capacity in connection with the carrying out of this contract. The <br /> minimum acceptable limits of liability to be provided by such <br /> Automobile Liability Insurance shall be as follows: <br /> Bodily Injury&Property Damage $1,000,000 <br /> Combined Single Limit <br /> (4) Professional Liability Insurance <br /> The Consultant shall maintain during the life of this contract, <br /> Professional Liability Insurance, for damages resulting from the <br /> Consultant's errors, omissions, or negligent acts. Such policy shall <br /> contain a limit of liability of not less than one million dollars. <br /> (5) Minimum Scope of Insurance <br /> All liability insurance policies shall be written on an "occurrence" basis <br /> only except profession liability, which shall be written on a "claims <br /> made" basis. All insurance coverage's are to be placed with insurers <br /> authorized to do business in the State of Illinois. <br /> B. Certificate of Insurance <br /> All certificates of insurance shall be filed with the Client in form acceptable to the Client <br /> and on which clearly shows all specific limits of insurance coverage required by the <br /> preceding Sections 1-3, and showing the Client as an additional insured. The certificates <br /> shall specifically state that the insurance policies are to be endorsed to require the insurer <br />
