Prairie. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The owner of the property is ' <br /> P.I.M. Enterprises, Inc. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None I <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition I' <br /> be done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave <br /> Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Dane and/or Dave will be <br /> at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $9380 from the Community Development Block Grant <br />
