RESOLUTION NO. R2006-140 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE AND TRAVEL <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves Conference and Travel <br /> expenses for Councilman Dan Caulkins and Councilwoman Betsy Stockard to attend the <br /> Illinois Municipal League's 93`d Annual Conference in Chicago, September, 2006; for <br /> Councilman Dan Caulkins and Councilman Shad Edwards to travel to Tokorozawa, <br /> Japan for the 40`h Anniversary Sister City Celebration, October, 2006; and to <br /> Councilwoman Betsy Stockard to attend the National League of Cities Congress of Cities <br /> Conference in Reno,Nevada, December, 2006, be, and they are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2.
