Each includes 15 zero pay claims and a thorough administrative review. Additional options will be provided upon request. In-person presentation by Audit staff would incur an additional *$2,500 cost. These fees also cover all project-related tasks with an optional in-person report presentation. However, it does not include amounts (if any) which may be assessed by Consociate Dansig to provide data and assistance required by this project. Fees are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of this proposal and are based on the assumption that: ❑ Claims data is provided in the tape format requested and all documents, amendments, and the procedures questionnaire are returned two weeks prior to the onsite portion of the audit. U Each auditor has terminal access for system inquiry; claims to be pulled prior to our onsite arrival. U Accumulators, limitations and maximums are system tracked automatically (accuracy tested). �l Consociate Dansig representatives are available daily so all matters are resolved during the onsite audit and exit interview, if requested, immediately follows completion of the onsite audit. _I Any dispute to the stratified methodology can be resolved in an initial response to Consociate Dansig's written objections. Our sampling process is described in our data request to Consociate Dansig, but we have experienced a few audits where the methodology was challenged following unfavorable results. Should this occur, additional time fees would not be expensed without consent of the City. SEGAL RESOURCES We have assembled a team with the experience and diversity to meet the City's needs.
