R2006-135 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 10 WITH BLACK & VEATCH CORPORATION <br /> FOR DEWITT WELL FIELD OPTIMIZATION STUDY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Task Order No. 10 presented to the Council herewith between <br /> the Black & Veatch Corporation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
