That the tabulation of bids received for City Project OS-25A, West <br /> Main Street Improvements, and presented herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Otto Baum Company, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
