� <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS <br /> ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION I <br /> ) <br /> Illinois Central Railroad Company, the City of Decatur, and ) <br /> the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation. ) <br /> ) <br /> Stipulated Agreement regarding improving public safety at ) Docket No. T06-0075 <br /> the 27th Street highway-rail grade crossing of the ) <br /> Company's track in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, ) <br /> designated as crossing AAR/DOT#291 377C, railroad ) <br /> milepost 29.00-P. ) <br /> ) <br /> PETITION FOR EXTENSION '� <br /> Now comes Illinois Central Railroad Company("ICRR") and petitions the Illinois I' <br /> Commerce Commission (the "Commission") for an order giving ICRR an extension of II <br /> time to comply with the mandates of the Commission in this docket. In support of its <br /> Petition, ICRR states as follows: <br /> 1. On August 30, 2006, the Commission issued an order("Orde�") in the <br /> referenced docket, requiring the work described therein to be performed by ICRR at the <br /> referenced highway-rail grade crossings. <br /> 2. Specifically, the Order required ICRR to complete all work set forth in <br /> Section 2 of a Stipulated Agreement entered among ICRR, the City of Decatur, and <br /> Illinois Department of Transportation, including the installation of automatic flashing light <br /> signals with gates and a bell, controlled by constant warning time circuitry, equipped with <br /> an event recorder and a remote monitoring system at the crossing, and renewal or <br /> rehabilitation of the existing timber crossing surface. <br /> 3. The Order stated the completion date for the work to be one (1) year after <br /> issuance of the Order, with all billing to be submitted within one (1) year thereafter. <br />
