That the tabulation of bids received far City Project 06-11, Concrete <br /> Pavement Restoration Country Manor / Faries Parkway, and presented herewith, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Beniach Construction Co., Inc., be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
