R2006-115 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> 240 AND 256 NORTH CHURCH STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Real Estate Purchase Contract presented to the Council <br /> herewith providing for the purchase of 240 and 256 North Church Street for the amount <br /> of One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($185,000.00) to be used for downtown <br /> redevelopment be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and accepted. <br /> Section 2.
