. • ITEM 26 -ASSIGNMENT ' Grantee agrees that this Agreement shail not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of the Department and that any successor to Grantee's rights under this Agreement will be required to accede to all of the terms, conditions and requirements of this Agreement as a condition precedent to such succession. ITEM 27 - DOCUMENTS FORMING THIS AGREEMENT This Agreement, together with Exhibits A, B and C, the Grantee's Application for the fiscal year as approved by and on file at the Department, and the Standard Forms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all prior agreements or understandings between the parties. ITEM 28 - ETHANOL GASOLINE: Pursuant to the Downstate Public Transportation Act(30 ILCS 740/2-15.1), Grantee hereby certifies that all gasoline burning motor vehicles operated under its jurisdiction use, if capable, fuel containing ethanol gasoline. ITEM 29 - TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Under penalties of perjury, the Grantee certifies that 376001308 is its correct Federal Taxpayer ldentification Number. The entity is doing business as a governmental entity.
