INFORMATIONlREPORTS <br /> Fumish TSI the following information/reports all of which TSI may rely upon without <br /> independent verification in performing the Services. <br /> B. REPRESENTATIVE <br /> Designate a representafive for the Project who shall have the opportunity to transmit <br /> instructions, receive information, interpret and define ClienYs policies and make decisions <br /> with respect to the Services. <br /> C. DECISIONS <br /> Provide all criteria and full information as to Client requirements for the Project, obtain <br /> (with TSI's assistance, if applicable) necessary approvals and permits, attend Project- <br /> related meetings, provide interim reviews on an agreed-upon schedule, make decisions <br /> on Project alternatives, and generally participate in the Project to the extent necessary to <br /> allow TSI to perForm the Services. <br /> PART III <br /> COMPENSATION, BILLING AND PAYMENT <br /> Client shall pay TSI fo�the Services in accordance with the following: <br /> Compensafion for the Services will be as stated below. TSI will bill the Client no less <br /> frequently than monthly,with net payment due in 30 days. <br /> The bill will consist of the amount due based on the actual work performed during the <br /> billing period. <br /> Two copies of the final Storm Sewer Investigation Report and one copy of the CD/DVD <br /> will be provided and included in the stated prices. '� <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> A. FIELD SURVEY/RECON $80.00 per Hour <br /> B. T.V. INSPECTION $1.00 per L.F. <br /> $500.00 Minimum <br /> C. SMOKE TESTING $100.00 per Hour <br /> $100.00 per Case of Smoke <br /> ' D. DYE TESTING $100.00 per Hour <br /> The above fee structure is an estimate of our basic service offered and are negotiable <br /> based on the e�ent of each service required. <br /> 5 <br />
